The rules that apply when you read this website. They are short, because the site does nothing more than publish articles.
1. Who these terms are with
miravest.online is operated by Abdon Company s.r.o., Březnická 179, Letňany, 199 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic, IČO 07667221, VAT CZ07667221 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is for
The site publishes general information about consumer technology. It is provided for information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice, it is not tailored to your circumstances, and it is not a substitute for the documentation, terms and support of the products it discusses.
3. No account, no purchase, no submission
There is nothing to register for. We do not sell anything, we do not process payments, we do not host a forum or comment section, and there is no form on this site through which you can send us data. If you want to contact us, use the e-mail address on the contact page.
4. Partner links and advertising
Some links on this site are commercial. They are labelled “partner link” and carry the rel="sponsored nofollow" attribute in the page source. If you follow one and buy something, we receive a commission from the advertiser or from an affiliate network. This does not increase your price.
When you follow such a link you leave this website. The destination is operated by somebody else, under their terms and their privacy policy, and we have no control over their content, prices, availability or conduct. Any contract you enter into is with them, not with us. Your statutory consumer rights are against them.
5. Accuracy, and its limits
We take care to be accurate and we cite our sources, but prices, product tiers, feature names and availability change constantly and vary between countries. Where anything on this site differs from the information published by the product’s own vendor, the vendor’s current information prevails. Always verify on the vendor’s own site before you buy.
6. Availability
We do not promise that the site will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, from the content or conduct of third-party sites reached through links, or from the unavailability of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
8. Intellectual property
The text, layout and diagrams on this site are our original work and are protected by copyright. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Systematic copying, republication or use for machine-generated derivative publications is not permitted without written consent.
9. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, to circumvent its security, or to place an unreasonable load on the server. Automated access at a reasonable rate that respects robots.txt is fine.
10. Governing law and disputes
Czech law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your own country’s courts. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) is the competent body for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes with a Czech trader.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and its effective date is shown below.
